PRO BRO opens office in Germany

Having established a successful business model in Baltics, PRO BRO Car Wash Systems is now expanding to bring innovative car wash systems to Western Europe. PRO BRO opened its office in Germany, where Gürsel Deveci took the sales leader role. Lithuanian-based company believes that the rich experience of German colleague will help to develop and modernize the car wash business in the biggest European economy, and later – in the whole of Europe.

“Our biggest problem is that no one believes in our capabilities, although we have a market-disrupting technology, where every step in the car wash process is fully automated, faster, safer and more convenient for the user. And I am talking not only about the stand-alone car wash systems, models, designed for petrol stations could increase the capacity up to 10 times”, – said PRO BRO spokesman Martynas Lukošiūnas.

Convenience to the users

At first, PRO BRO system is easier to use and safer than conventional tunnel car wash systems. It has a dual belt conveyor, that is built to accommodate different types of vehicles, allowing for easy loading and stacking, thus ensuring maximum speed of service and optimal use of the available space. All wheels of the vehicle stand on dual lines, so there is no risk to go out of the line if the brake pedal is applied. It provides maximum comfort and safety inside a tunnel and is easy to use for less experienced drivers. There is also automatic an anti-collision system at the end of the tunnel.

Convenience goes even further: the PRO BRO car wash tunnels have an automatic gate that opens after reading the number plate of a car. A driver can book his car wash through the app and go straight to the tunnel via fast-opening rollover.

There is no manual prewash zone required, as it is done automatically by the strong chemical agents at the beginning of the washing process.

Durable and easy to maintain

All the cleaning equipment in PRO BRO car washes is located on quick-to-install stainless steel arches. It also ensures easy access to equipment during maintenance and a clutter-free car wash design. Then the car will go through a module of brushes, which includes top, rocker and rocker XL, wrap-around and mitter brushes. In the end, past the drying system tires will get shiny with a gloss applicator, which will ensure the perfect level of tire gloss, with high-efficiency, leg-mounted bristle applicators, shielded nozzles for extra consistency, and a rotating applicator brush.

The car will be washed, waxed, dried, and able to continue its journey only after 113 seconds, spent in the longest 36-meter tunnel.

Adaptable for every business

PRO BRO offers four different sizes of tunnels, spreading from 12 to 36 meters. The systems are named by its capacity cars, that could be washed in an hour: PRO40, PRO60, PRO120 and PRO180. As the number suggests, the longest one is able to wash up to 180 cars in an hour. 26-meter tunnel is able to wash up to 120 cars in an hour.

New PRO BRO car wash can be built from the ground up, including equipment and the building itself.
